Event Summary
This is an all-human show where family-friendly Cabaret meets razzle -dazzle Chicago, bringing the magical world of Circus to every event. Artists from around the world will entertain audiences with a stunning range of aerial and ground acts including some very rarely seen unique performances.

Friday 12 July 2024.
Event timings
16:45hrs – Gates open for stalls (licensed bar, sweets & snacks and Happy’s Circus stalls, cash preferred at PTA stalls).
17:30hrs – Big Top opens for seating. Main gate closes (no access to Aldryngton School field after this time).
18:00hrs – Circus performance.
20:30hrs – Performance ends (approx.).
Access
The only access to and from Happy’s Circus will be through the large field gate off Silverdale Road.
The main school gate, inclusive of the pedestrian access, are for the use of the after-school club only.
This is a safeguarding policy, please respect the after-school club and PTA event policy and do not enter or leave though any other gates.
Terms Of Sale
Ticket sales
Tickets for Happy’s Circus are strictly limited and sold on a first-come basis.
They will go on sale exclusively to current Aldryngton families (and their guests) on Monday 1 – Tuesday 9 July 2024, after which they will be released to a wider audience as required.
The PTA Circus Team recommend that PTA members note the Box Office dates and arrange your diaries, or for a friend to purchase on your behalf, as early as possible during the sales period.
Tickets
This is a ticketed event, no-one will be allowed on-site (Aldryngton School field) without a ticket.
Physical tickets will be issued on purchase. Please ensure that you keep these tickets safe, you will be required to show them on entry to circus event.

Event attendance
This is a family event, no unaccompanied children will be allowed access to the Aldryngton School Field.
If a parent/guardian is not attending with their child, they must ensure that the child is briefed on whose care they are in and ideally supply them with a contact number for that adult. Any adult who is responsible for a child must understand that they are responsible for the welfare and behaviour of that child on the school premises.

Aldryngton School Site
Ticket holders have access to the main playground area, the outside toilet and US toilets (pre-circus and interval only) and main field/Big Top.
All other areas of the school grounds, including the play areas are not accessible.
Please ensure that children in your care do not play on the school equipment. Failure to comply with this may result in your party being ejected from the site.
Disability
If any member of the party has mobility needs, please advise the ticket sales team at time of purchase and confirm on arrival. Happy’s Circus endeavour to arrange an appropriate space for the individual’s party.
Should an issue occur after booking, please advise on arrival.

The Happy’s Circus Box Office will be located outside school reception.
Purchasing Tickets
Ticket sales are cash only. The Circus Team would appreciate it if you could have the exact money for the number of tickets that you wish to purchase.
Tickets will only be sold to an adult. Do not send your child to school with cash.
